The way we build software at POSe has fundamentally changed. Instead of writing every line by hand, my team now operates as full-stack engineers directing AI agents, Claude and Kiro, to deliver across back-end services, front-end applications, and mobile. My role is to set the architecture, define what “good” looks like, and review the work the agents produce.

• Lead the team's transition from manual development to an AI-agent-driven delivery model, redefining how software is built across the stack.
• Operate as a full-stack engineer directing AI coding agents (Claude, Kiro) across Go back-end services, React/Next.js front-end, and native Android (Kotlin) mobile, owning architecture, review, and end-to-end quality.
• Define the workflows, guardrails, and review standards that let agents ship safely into a production payments platform.
• Mentor the team and collaborate with product, QA, and project managers to align on goals and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Translate business requirements into clear, agent-ready specifications, so AI output is reviewable, testable, and aligned with product intent from the first prompt.

• Led a team of back-end developers in designing, implementing, and scaling back-end services.
• Collaborated with front-end, QA, UI/UX, and project managers to align on goals and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Conducted technical research when new requirements arose or when integrating with third-party services such as payment gateways.
• Implemented microservices architecture using gRPC to improve inter-service communication efficiency and scalability.
• Oversaw migration from a monolithic Laravel system to a Golang-based monorepo, improving performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Optimized queries (15s → 1s), integrated Elasticsearch, Pub/Sub, and third-party services.
• Mentored team, enforced coding standards, CI/CD, and unit testing.
• Conducted weekly meetings to gather team reports.

• Built internal projects for sales, HR, and asset management departments.
• Designed backend repo structure, database schema, and APIs.
• Implemented cron jobs, WebSockets, and Pub/Sub integrations.
• Maintained dev/staging servers and automated CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.

• Hired as freelancer to build a medical record product.

• Attended daily stand-up meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and plans for the day.
• Reported to the manager regarding the progress of assigned projects.
• Mentored newcomers in the company's bootcamp to help them become familiar with the company's work environment.
• Participated in company workshops as a speaker.

• Online internship collaboration between Refactory and Universitas Sebelas Maret. Built RESTful API using Go and PostgreSQL.

• Develop websites for some programs under the company such as Be Global Indonesia and Sebulan Menjadi.
